HealthMarkets Insurance - David Norris

I have been a client of David for many years. I always felt that he led me to the best medicarecplan for me. I received a letter from his office abt making an appt. for Medicare for 2026 to see if there might be a better plan for me I called, spoke to his secretary. She asked if I was happy with my Medicare plan. .I said I was and she said then there was no reason for me to come in That seemed strange toe I knew if I called, she wld not let me speak to David..that had happened on other occasions. It happened if I called with just a general questions. I am really sad that this is how his office treats a person who has been a client for many years
