HealthMarkets Insurance - David Frana

David and Maria drove to our home (1hour plus drive) to meet with us, about Medicare. I was dreading this conversation, as the booklet I received from Medicare was overwhelming. After only a short while, we were talking as though we had known each other for years. They made the transition seamless and handled everything for me. They even made adjustments to my husband’s insurance, as well. I would/will recommend them to others without hesitation.

All the people I was able to speak with at David’s office was incredibly helpful and kind during a very stressful time of having to get new insurance and making sure to get the correct plan that I could actually afford while also having all the necessities covered for my children’s doctors appointments and medications. All my questions were answered completely and I was encouraged numerous times to reach out if any help was needed or any problems were to arise. I appreciate your kindness and help during this time and plan to continue using David’s office for the foreseeable future 💛

The staff was very nice and helpful when I first enrolled a year ago. However, they were pretty rude when I asked to cancel after my rates went from $12 a month to $216 a month. (I know the increase was not their fault.) My advice, treat all clients with kindness, even when they are canceling because they can’t afford the increase.

David was awesome. He went through different plans with me and made me feel very comfortable and at home. He truly cares about his customers and wants to do the best for them. Thank you David for being there for me.

Maria was so kind and knowledgeable. Within an hour she was able to talk through our situation and save us $400 a month. She also took care of working with marketplace reps for me and made the process as easy as possible!
