If you are looking for a great company with really good people this is your place. Chuck is extremely personable and knowledgeable, Shelby is a great addition and Nesa is a sweethert. Love this group.

Been with this company for years. Over 15! Don't even live in the same town live over 300 miles away and I have still kept them. The rates they're trying to charge are ridiculous! I added one driver to a car with liability and it more than doubled what I was paying. We have four car lines and homeowners. I'm sure someone else would love to have our policy! The only reason they got one star is because I had to click on something

I had been with this company for several years before they almost doubled my rates even though I hadn't had a speeding ticket for 3 years or accident for 6 years. I tried to put a stop payment on the payment until I could get a chance to talk to my agent. They fought it and said that they couldn't refund the money. I'm glad that they made the decision for me to switch insurance companies, but as a single mom, I could really use the $170 for my daughter's medicine. Also, it doesn't help yo make a complaint. I tried. It probably just makes the agent more valued by the company.

I had an insurance policy at another State Farm location. Chuck and his amazing staff helped me transfer and complete paperwork. Any request or questions I asked, were responded to quickly. I appreciate how efficient they are.

State farm is the biggest joke of a insurance company. Switched to progressive and am much happier.
