I signed up for insurance with this company to United Health Care and the agent missed spell my name . I have called her her 6 times and emailed her many about correction but still has not been done. I have medical proceed on the 2nd of Jan. 2024 which will not be done unless corrected. UHC and this "fly-by-night" broker is glad to take your money but no customer service!! We are all tried of these companies that have NO responsibly to their customers. I have written letter to UHC and state insurance dept. That this company should loose their license in AZ.

Same experience that the other reviewer had. Received a phone call and immediately said I wasn't interested in speaking with her. I was having a really bad day and her call interrupted my phone call with my mom who has alzheimers. I asked to be taken off the calling list and she just kept talking as if she didn't hear me. Complete ignorance on her part. I turn 65 in 6 months and receive 15 calls a day from people trying to sell me supplemental insurance. Usually, I tell them I am not interested in speaking with them now because when someone calls me, it is usually not a good time for me to talk. But this woman wasn't having it. Received a call from Leticia Owen from this agency trying to sell me insurance. I asked to be taken off the call list, but she didnt even acknowledge me. She just kept talking away like she didnt even hear a word I was saying. I reported them to the Arizona Department of Insurance consumer complaints division. That's how bad I felt after the call. Best advice...avoid like the plague.
