We’ve been with Matt and his team at State Farm in Scottsdale for better than 10 years now. With both Homeowners, and multiple vehicle insurance policies we have never once had an issue with them for any reason whatsoever. Whether filing a claim or just calling to get a copy of an insurance card, they pick up the phone every time, I don’t believe we’ve never had to leave a message. Whether you get one of the highly experienced girls in the office, or you get to speak with Matt himself they are never too busy to take your call. They are prompt, efficient, and extremely professional. But all said and done, what it really boils down to are the rates that you pay. State Farm has always been competitively priced, but for us it’s more on the lines of the services that Matt and his team provides
