Healthfirst

I had a wonderful experience enrolling in a Healthfirst health plan yesterday with the tremendous help of Carol Amezquita! I had so many questions about my plan options and the whole process, and she patiently and thoroughly answered every question, even making calls to providers on my behalf. Armed with her thorough knowledge of the various plan details, and her careful listening to me about my needs and circumstances, she enrolled me in the most comprehensive, affordable plan possible. Carol is an amazing professional and a credit to Healthfirst!

I just spoke to a young lady a coordinator from Healthfirst named Nancy and she was very nice. Very professional. Ask me questions on a visit. I had at the emergency room and it’s nice to know that they have people like this that help you find out how you doing after my visit to the emergency room ,appreciate health first and their employees.

I had a great experience visiting the office i met with Carol Amezquita, shes very good at assisting and very good at understanding and good with comprehension. I would recommend her.
