It is very busy crowded place but staff is extremely helpful to finish your insurance process. The lady who worked today at front desk and other representatives were so nice and friendly

Reps here are helpful but the front desk girl who is there only on the weekdays is always super rude for no reason

Was disappointed. Needed a very important issue resolved. The supervising rep and others that helped me before are all moved to another office in Brighton beach. Reps are only Asian now and did not know previous reps location.
