This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. I have been trying to call about a medical bill from 2023 that magically showed up in the mail AFTER tricare west decided to change their contractor. They of course won't help me, bc they've washed they've hands of anything before 2025. I have tried calling this God forsaken company every week for months. Wasting hours of my time. Just tried again today and the prompt said the wait time was 187 minutes!!!!! Who the HELL has that time. It's no wonder Tricare West switched to someone else.

I am typically in hold for over 55 minutes, last time I was in hold for Over an hour and a half. Most of the time whatever the rep “does” isn’t correct so I have to call back again to get it corrected. I was without health insurance for over 4 weeks, as such I off depression and anxiety medication I have been on for 3 years because of an error on TriCares side taking me off my plan instead of renewing…yes that was a treat for everyone. Recommendations: Hire more help. Have a follow up program or a system to help catch errors.

This is just a "Scam" I've been waiting for weeks for these people to make an appt for me. They are slower than the VA. Another program designed by the government to make the VA look good, while not actually providing anything whatsoever. What a shame the country has done this. I am a disabled veteran seeking a surgery the VA can't perform and that they put me in this program so I could get the care that I needed. They keep saying the doctors office doesn't ever answer, but they answer on the 1st ring every time I call. Purely a scam and a waste of taxpayer money designed to benefit veterans. Seems it's only benefiting HealthNet.

Health Net appears to be the evil twin of the Dept of Veteran Affairs. Long wait times on the phone or calls go unanswered. Longer wait times for scheduling of appointments or they are not made. This organization's heart is filled with agenda and their soul poisoned with protocol. The Veteran's Choice Card is currently a dysfunctional system. Like the VA treats and reacts to whistle blowers I too will be attacked, lied about and disparaged for posting this. Guaranteed.
