This past June when my insurance was wrongly cancelled due to "non payment" Jason never replied to any of my emails or calls personally but pushed me off to his assistant, who was very kind but was unable to help me get my insurance reinstated. I called this agency in late November. The assistant who called back said my need was not urgent, and they would call me back in mid December after open enrollment ended.
