Farmers Insurance - Brandt Van Naerssen

Prior to agreeing to use Farmers Insurance for my homeowners insurance I covered a variety of different topics with John and Brandt over the phone. Fast forward 9 months and I find out that they blatantly lied about topics that were discussed in detail, which is causing me to lose my insurance (which is a good thing because this is not the type of company I want to be associated with, heaven forbid I actually need to make a claim they seem to have poor business practices).

Short of doing my Christmas shopping for me Brandt couldn't have done more to save us a BUNDLE on our car insurance while also saving us money on our homeowners too! He was such a pleasure to work with, he was available to answer any questions I had, and it was just a no brainer when it came to the price! He also made sure the new policy matched the coverage of our old policy. It's not often anymore that you hear someone tell you that they want you to be happy with what you're paying for and that they are willing to make it happen. Brandt did that and I am grateful!
