I’d give a zero if I could, I haven’t spoke to my actual agent since I got my insurance, they overdrew my account multiple times after saying my policy was not on auto pay, basically told me good luck, ruined my whole Christmas for my child because of it! Didn’t even have the decency to apologize! Now my car gets hit, and I call and try to ask for advice from my insurance company and the only thing I can get from the lady is we don’t handle that you just need to call their insurance! Well your my insurance company why can’t you help me in some fashion and not have an attitude when you speak to me! I’m absolutely disgusted with this company! My payment monthly keeps changing I wish I had stayed with my previous insurance company! They promise you up to 100 in savings! Yeah it’s a joke maybe

They have been wonderful. They have very affordable rates! Ive never had a single issues with this company!
