Everyone that I know that has dealt with, seems to feel the same as I on this, each time I walk in or call, Andria seems to be very unprofessional towards customers, and doesn't have any interest in her job, and is very disrespectful towards custmers. Brian is never in the office, each time I go in or call and ask for him, and the 5% that I can get hold of him, he doesn't do his job. Both employees have no concern on a large percent of the customer needs. I personally don't recommen this insurance company, due to the fact that Blue Ridge won't hire employees that will work, have knowledge, is respectful, shows up for work, etc.

Cheryl C. was most helpful in providing timely information for automobile insurance premiums for various makes and models that were in consideration.. I could always depend upon her to return calls. One of the best insurance agents I have ever dealt with.

Extremely unprofessional company my policy was taken from Mt hope ins in oak hill to these jokers supposedly opens at 830am and customer service opens at 7am. As of the time now which is 1030am today they have yet to open “either that or there just avoiding customers all together.” I will be looking for another company for sure

Good down to Earth staff! But like all other insurances, they significantly raise prices, after you file any claim!
