We have been very satisfied and well-served customers for at least 10 years! Periodically we shop around to compare rates, and Hartzell Insurance always has the most competitive rates. And most importantly, our policy ALWAYS covers us - auto and home. In Dec. 2019, we received an email from Scott Hartzell who reminded us to check in to see what if any other ways we could save. So I emailed and within the day, received a phone call. Wow, whoever calls these days. Anyhow, Mr. Hartzell was able to offer an even better plan for us for both our car insurance and home insurance. We received a refund of almost $2,000 from our previous company, and are currently saving almost as much per year with our new insurance policy. We are thrilled!
