Dave Seibert - State Farm Insurance Agent

This is by far the most incompetent insurance office that I have ever dealt with. From missed phone calls to rude representatives, you name it, this office has it. I had been a State Farm customer for 20 years and finally decided to shop around. Once it came time to cancel policies, no change in behavior, other than them deciding to hang up on me when trying to confirm that the policies were changed. If I could give zero stars I would.

I wouldn’t recommend this agency if you’re under the age of 35. Dave’s employee Laura is very ageist and can’t have a respectful conversation with anyone younger than her. As well as Dave wont take any accountability for her actions and lets it just happen. I have filed a complaint with corporate. But due to her working for Dave and not actually State Farm there’s nothing they can do to change how his employees are treating the younger customer base he has.

My family has been with Dave for years. Low reviews on here surprise me, makes me think the other person did not approach them with kindness in the first place...manners people! You get what you give... Anyway, I've had nothing but positive experiences with this office. They've helped me out in a jam, when I needed proof of insurance asap, just awesome people.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and contacted the office to update my policy. I received an immediate response to my request. I was emailed an insurance card with information on my new premium right away. The staff is always ready to assist me with my insurance needs.

Never have I once spoken with Dave Siebert himself. And his female lackey is so awful that I'm filing a complaint. I really hate being a loyal customer to a place that doesn't care about you at all, apparently not even as a customer.
