Harry Glass - State Farm Insurance Agent

Rachel with Mr. Glass’s office quoted me at $89 for comprehensive coverage. I was paying just shy of $209 with the goofy lizard. Very nice and personable. Would recommend!

Rachel Storey is the reason I use this State Farm agency. She has taken care of no less than 19 policies between my business vehicles and family needs. Rachel has been honest and on top of her game for over 4 years with our insurance needs, where else will you find an agent who will even tell you that one of your polices may even be better served somewhere else. 10/10 for honesty, responding quickly and being the best.

Not sure about other State Farm representatives/agencies/con men. I have had this exact company (Harry Glass at State Farm ) since I was 15, with a learners permit. I cancelled my car insurance file my new provider 6 months ago and still getting bills from them. I am now 33 had them insuring 2 cars and renters insurance. “Bundle deal” doesn’t seem real my car Insurance went up so much more. They are also not friendly I would not go here at all please do your research and find what best fits you.

Today, State Farm showed me their sincere efforts in providing the best customer service! The direction and follow-up by Marilyn and Carol in this office were incredible. Not only did they patiently help me with the claims process, but they also went the extra mile to save me money! These ladies have my respect and admiration, as they epitomize EXCELLENT care and service! Thank you so very much!

My general contact has been Rachel Storey, and she has been very quick to respond and very helpful with knowledge on what to do in situations as drivers go through. She originally helped me set up this insurance and has been a blessing, She would be the hand used in the five stars that I am leaving for this company.
