Had to switch agencies. They don't call you back or answer emails. You can be as nice as you want but return your calls! I called my agent Monika at least a half dozen times, never got a call back. Switched agency's and I personally had to go to their office to settle something that could have been taken care of over the phone.

My husband has had insurance with this company for over 30 yrs. He called trying to find out how to lower his home owners , to save a little cash, NO EXPLANATION, NO ,NO PROBLEM CAN U COME IN, NOPE, CHERAE, BASICALLY BLEW HIM OFF. That's so disrespectful, nasty and unprofessional , but I guess now days you can not expect good service on just simple things. I accused her of being the professional and to my surprise, she says " no I'm not"😳.

I been client for about year. Always dealt with Patrick. Good man. Very professional. Worked very hard to get lowest rate on my vehicles, home, and motorcycle. Very happy. Need to ask a question? Give them a call and they will call you back as soon as they can. Dealt with another lady the other day on transfer of policy. Took half hour and was done. Go get a quote.

After a very long year of insuring my vehicles with this company they raised my rates by $700 for the insurance period on a 2006 Ford Focus. After insuring multiple sports cars and paying far less from this agency i often wonder if they just woke up and decided i’m not paying enough. No only that Suzan had a poor attitude and lacks a very basic sense of customer service experience, she would place me on call back lists and never answer or respond to my emails. I have switched to another local insurance company and so far have saved a lot of headaches and now have full coverage on all of my vehicles for a fraction of what Andy Andersen progressive would have done for me.
