My previous insurer stopped writing policies in Florida so I had to find a company to accept my risk at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, no company would write me a policy without changing out 3 electrical panels because the existing panels were Challenger brand. Also I had to obtain a new 4 point inspection and Wind mitigation report. Harrods Insurance assisted going through this process. Highly recommend Harrods.
