Harrison Insurance Group

This is our 3 rd year with Harrison and our 2nd year with MAJOR price increases. Both years we were notified by our bank and not our agent. I understand everything is increasing, but over 1,000 each year with no claims and our agent can’t be bothered to call and let us know. Before we switched agents a few years ago we were always contacted with price increases and when I asked why we weren’t notified of such a huge price increase yet again, our agent said, “ You were when you got your insurance paperwork in the mail.” Yes, I get an annual statement telling me when my policies are for renewal but it most definitely did not have a page telling me my price went up $1000 this year. The lack of customer service is really disheartening coming from a family agency like this. If you are OK with
