Hap Greenway: Allstate Insurance

The only reason my 2 stars is because Tabitha is always very helpful to me. The rest of them not so much. I recently cancelled my insurance, both homeowners and car. The reason I cancelled these policies is because when I renewed my policies in May 2025 it stated if I paid the whole vehicle policy it would cost $2649 and I was charged 2881 even though that was the price if I made payments. Also right b4 the policy they deducted $550 out of my account with no explanation. Then was charged $149 a couple months after my renewal. They said it was all because I thought about reducing one vehicle to liability only. I changed my mind when I realized it was only a savings of around $200. I even called the corporate office to investigate and they said they couldn't figure it out. Now where

Hap, and all of the others in this office are amazing! Brandy and Hap have helped us with our numerous policies over the years. Brandy is extremely prompt and knowledgeable in answering my questions or if I have a policy change. I would highly recommend Hap and Brandy to help you with any of your insurance needs.

Can you give this jerk a lower rating? He is a scammer. They will tutor the wrong vehicle to get you to sign then when the opps mistake is found out they jacked the rate up. Or they opps forget to send proof of your insurance to the Mortgage Company. They answer you get, oh sorry nothing I can do about this. The owner trys to call you and act all buddy buddy but flat out lies and does nothing. Just does not want the negative publicity. I have 5.. neighbors who all have issues with this agent and he has done nothing to help. I fired him, told him not to renew any of my policies. He goes and renews my homeowners policy. I was having issues with roof repairs and Brandy Kelley went above and beyond to help me. I have been an Allstate customer for over 20 years. The service I received with this issue is why I continue to use them.

After 37 years, I will be moving from PA to SC. My brother has his insurance needs with Hap Greenway (Allstate) and highly recommended them. I contacted their office and had the pleasure of speaking with Tammy on three separate occasions. Auto insurance coverages and mandates differ greatly in SC compared to PA. Each time I spoke with Tammy with questions, she was friendly and offered me good advice on coverages for both my car and mobile home insurance. She promptly emailed me all the quotes I needed. After being with another carrier since 1987, it was somewhat scary having to start the process all over of getting auto insurance. Tammy made the process so easy. I am now at ease. Thank you Tammy!!
