I have never been treated so rudely in any insurance office as I was today at Hall Insurance. My wife and I never got to see Laura whom we respect. However, Laura's staff is a whole other story. Today we had an appointment at 2:30 PM. When we arrived, there was another couple who was there. The other couple, we were told by staff, thought their appointment was at 2:30. Staff said their appointment was at 1:30, but because of the mix up, the other couple was allowed to use our appointment time of 2:30. We waited until 3:45 and finally left. Staff told us that in doctor's offices you have to wait a long time. Why should we be upset? Laura has been very busy today. Why didn't staff call us and let us know to come in later if someone else was scheduled for our time? This is the third time in t
