Farmers Insurance - Chad Hammond

I wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Chad Hammond for helping us make some changes to my dad’s life policy. This policy was written many years ago, out of state so my dad isn’t one of Chad’s regular clients, but he still went out of his way to be of great service to us. Chad was kind and considerate (unlike the other person in his office sadly) and made us feel we mattered. IF anyone is looking for an insurance agent who truly cares about people and their insurance needs please do not hesitate choosing Chad!!! Thank you so very much from the bottom of our hearts. 🙌🙌

WORST AGENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Chad inherited my husbands policy - we were on quarterly billing regardless of multiple attempts by both my husband and I to be moved to monthly billing a receive quarterly statements. I thought I had made the payment and hadn't - it is the agents job to reach out to you and tell you that - HE NEVER CALLED US. His excuse was that he never saw a letter. Because we were unaware of a missed payment, the policy lapsed. After months of trying to get reinstated (a process which should take a month max) took four months. I NEVER GOT UPDATES from Chad or his assistant I had to call Farmers Corporate and call Chad almost daily. I asked to be set up on an auto withdraw so this would not happen again. Great people very helpful, but the rates are just too high. My homeowners insurance went up $900 this year. No explanation given. No claims filed.

I have never had such problems with an insurance company like I did dealing with these incompetent,so called business people..Please for the sake of you home, do not go with farmers..
