Hagerman Insurance

I recently moved back to scarborough and need auto insurance as well as home owners insurance. I have a quote from Progressive but prefer to know where my money is going, I like to shop locally. so I stopped in on my way to charge my car to try and get some insurance. I arrive at roughly 10am to a locked door. I followed the instructions taped to the door and knocked on the glass. an older, unsettled woman asked me why I was there. I asked her why does someone normally seek out an insurance agency. She told me to have a nice day and closed the door in my face.. I'm not really bothered by this because the claims office gave me a giant list of agents many of which are in scarborough. This is not the scarborough I remember and this may possibly be the worst customer service I've ever received

Rhonda is super helpful and friendly, and she actually cares about her clients. She doesn't try to push unnecessary add ons, and she really does her best to get us the most suitable policy.
