I have been this insurance in a long time I have to say more than 10 years. Everything was fine and I have no problem to driving my car I got no tickets, no accidents , instead of decreasing my money This year they increase my money without any reason, I tried to call them to ask , after that lady see through the my policy she Told me , everything is fine but she doesn’t know why I got the overcharged she told me she will call me back and never did . I feel like they r doing something not very clearly . Huhm I’m going to bring to another service

I've been with this agency for a few years and I'm sorry to say yesterday I had the worst customer service experience with Matt. After mixup and coverage which was no big deal I asked to speak to a manager as I was dissatisfied with his customer service in his health. He refused to put a manager on the phone and every time I call back he pretty much instructed every single staff in that agency not to help me and redirect the clock to him. This includes Stephanie angie in every other staff member that works in thereI have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional company as I did with this agency. Today I called back to speak with Stephanie in my car was automatically redirected to Matt who claims now to be the manager. If this is how this agency is going to do business I prefer to
