I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Comzer Insurance. In late November, I reached out to inquire about a new policy for my mother, who has been a loyal customer for years. Maria Hernandez, the representative I spoke with, assured both my mother and I that she would send us the necessary documents for the new policy. As the end of December approached, and with the original policy set to expire, we repeatedly called Maria to follow up—but we never received any response. What’s most frustrating is that she never proactively contacted us, despite the urgency of the situation. She claimed we were “on her list” to call, but she never bothered to reach out to us.
