Very helpful, efficient, responsive and really explained everything about my new home/auto policies, what I needed versus not needing. They helped me get a better rate with equal if not more coverage after my policies jumped by 40%!

I asked to decrease my coverage because of an 20 dollar jump in my bill (no accident or ticket) I asked for just what the state requires and he told me he would not change my policy to the minimum needed because he doesn't feel thats enough coverage. Unless you are paying my premium...you dont get to choose my coverage. I also go paperless and was going to be charged 5 dollars for a paper copy of proof of insurance.

Guido takes time to not only get you the right coverage, but also makes sure you have the coverage you need. I highly recommend him and American Family. Also they do have a discount for Military/Veterans and Costco members.

These people are incredibly dishonest. Peyton R sold me a policy and when I later realized I did not need it I called back to cancel. Peyton told me he would email me something to sign right away and signing that document would release me from the policy and stop all future billing. The email Peyton sent me was just the opposite of what he said he would send. He sent me a laughable list of reasons as to why I should keep doing business with him. I quickly responded and asked him to cancel the policy and got no response. I called the 800 number customer service line listed on the website and nobody picked up. I have had to resort to contacting my bank and telling them to block all charges from this company because they are not authorized. Do not make the same mistake I did.
