The worst, I’m actively in a struggle with contacting this insurance company about a paid medical leave claim. I’ve been without pay for almost a month. Every time I call I’m being told differing information and false assurances. I understand that a company is very busy with other claim’s but it seems as though they do not care for their client’s.

THE WORST! Stall tactics, obtuse and opaque processes, customer service sucks. There is no email address to send anything in writing to them. They want it all done by phone. They want to record the calls but they won’t provide you with a copy of the recording. I got different information each time I called. They messed up two things and act like it’s my fault.

Unreliable, it feels like I've been conned. Out 366 dollars and cancelling the first day of coverage. Terrible.
