Disappointed in Guard Insurance. After a catastrophic fire completely destroyed a three-family house I own, I needed help getting a copy of my insurance policy and interpreting certain terms in the document. The staff at Guard Insurance (a) had no copy of my insurance policy in their files and (b) had to forward my questions to the insurance company for answers rather than themselves being competent enough to help me interpret those. At one time they even directed me to the “parent” company Quinn Insurance for answers. I was naive enough to think Guard Insurance represents my interests. Through this devastating experience I have found out that they truly protect the interests of the Insurance companies they sell policies for, not the customer. Buyer beware.

Excellent and fast car insurance service. My cousin was visiting from out of town, and he needed a car to get around. I called Guard Insurance at the last minute. It was easy--in just a couple of minutes, everything was all set AND it didn't cost me anything.

The customer service was terrific. I called for an auto and homeowners insurance quote and the fact that they work with so many different insurance companies and so really shopped around to find me the best quote is fantastic!!!

Good agency. Super helpful. Always willing to walk me through steps I might otherwise miss..
