Gregg Young Insurance Group Powered by Goosehead Insurance

I was referred to Crystal Wilson for my insurance needs after purchasing a home, we moved both of our homes and all vehicles to Goosehead. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. My husband and I have reached out multiple times with no response from Crystal, which is extremely disappointing. Responsiveness is crucial in an insurance agent, especially when dealing with something as important as home insurance or adding an additional vehicle. Unfortunately, this lack of communication has left us feeling unsupported. I cannot recommend this agent based on our experience. Will be taking my business somewhere else.
