As an adult I know that I am ultimately responsible for being current with my auto coverage. Today, 1-31-2020 I recieved two cancellation of insurance notices from La. DMV. It seems that my and my daughters insurance, through Bud Gregg State Farm had elapsed Oct 17th, 2019. Prior to this I would recieve mail correspondence from this company or phone requests to que that payment was due. For whatever reason this did not occur and my policy was allowed to expire. Customer service and follow up should be paramount in any business. My customer relationship with Bud Gregg had been positive until now. I paid for insurance when due and continued a working relationship with this company for years. As of today I am scrambling to find coverage for myself and my teenage daughter. I am also being fine
