Greg Ochipa - State Farm Insurance Agent

Greg Ochipa's office is hands down the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. His office has always been beyond helpful & I was disappointed when I could no longer stick with the agency who held my renters insurance policy at the time when I purchased my home in 2020 since they could not offer coverage in my area. A few years later, after several awful experiences with other agents who did NOT have my best interest in mind, nor would they listen to my needs, I gave it a shot to reach back out to Greg Ochipa's office and I was THRILLED that they were able to offer coverage at that time. My stepfather is 90 years old, and has had State Farm insurance for DECADES. About a year ago, someone hit, and totaled his vehicle. That is where the nightmare started. Greg Ochipa's office did not assist him in any way, and wanted nothing to do with assisting him. He went to the local office and met with Greg personally, and Greg promised to handle something related to the claim personally. Greg failed to do anything at all, despite promising to assist. My stepdad finally dropped State Farm all together. Based on all I have heard about this, I will NEVER have State Farm as my insurance carrier, and I suggest you do the same. The only thing Greg and his staff care about is making money. Shame on you for treating this elderly veteran the way you did!
