Greg Iott Agency Inc American Family Insurance

My parents and myself and my brother have all had auto insurance through Greg Iott for years and years and years (since the 80's). We have had minimal to no claims and have always paid on time. Recently my father, brother and myself had cause to contact Greg's office for differing reasons. All three of use ended up having issues dealing with the secretary, Michelle. She promised my dad and I (for different issues) she would call back and never did. She has been fairly difficult to deal with and doesn't seem all that knowledgeable on some things. We have been very good customers for a long, long time, and have very rarely needed help from our agent.
