Greg Franczyk - State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve had State Farm insurance for a few years now. We have had Greg since he started. He has always been there with any issues and has always taken great care of us. I don’t know about the other reviews, I’ve had nothing but a good experience with Greg!

When it was time to set up my policy he was very responsive. However, I closed on my house three months ago and cancelled homeowners insurance. He still has not issued the refund! I provided an alternate mailing address to send the check. I called to follow up a few weeks after and he said they sent it to the house I had sold. I again provided the correct address. Still nothing. The check never showed up anywhere (mail was forwarded). I've called every few weeks to see where the check is and they keep reassuring me it's on the way. Still nothing and now they won't return emails either. Fraudulent business practices, poor management. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Great agent, Greg has insured my home and multiple auto's for many years. I've never had even one problem with State Farm.

Switched to him when I moved back to montana. First off messes up my policies then stopped my auto pay and didnt tell me there was a problem. I was away with babies in the hospital for months and never knew I was without insurance. I have been with State Farm for years and loved them. This agent completly screwed me over. My old agent was womderful. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!

Greg has been consistently excellent in managing all my insurance needs highly recommend.
