Owen was a saving grace for me today. Couldn’t get ahold of anybody at state farm, app is down. I was a bit heated up, but he turned me around and got me going the direction I should be mentally, and with my insurance claim. I cant express my appreciation enough. To the rest of statefarm, shame on you for using AI. Owen gave me everything i needed within minutes, AI failed me for atleast an hour, maybe longer if i didnt call Owen.

I have done business with Pam and associates for well over 20 years. They are always professional and on top of things, even though we’re now in Texas! I continue to use them. Highly recommend.

I've had state farm for 10yrs, I switch to Pam's office and my monthly bill, which was supposed to be the same, varied by as much as 100 each month. Twice I found out later that a vehicle I had insured with them had no coverage and this also includes my home insurance. I found a new company and switched everything over with no lapse of coverage. I find out a year later that they backdated my cancellation and now it shows I lapsed coverage for 1 week which is now affecting my quotes. Would not recommend!
