Beth Hotaling is hands down my favorite insurance broker. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, responsive and dedicated to follow through when claims occur. She is not someone who would just hustle for business and disappear when you need service with claims(or just tell you to call the 800 number with your carrier). Highly recommend.
