On hold FOREVER, after several calls(for months) I was told by a few different employees that they never received a form (which I faxed) so they haven't been paying for my Dr. Visits, which puts me into collections. Clearly, they miraculously found my form after I let them know I'll seek an attorney. WHY can't people just do their jobs?!it's SO frustrating !
Every time you call you get a different person who has a different level of seriousness and intelligence. I really can’t stand having to deal with these people. They really don’t respect the clients at any level whatsoever. They’re incompetent they know it and they don’t care
They were quick getting me in. The Dr. took time with me and answered my questions. She walked me to the door as I was leaving.
Professional staff makes time for a little fun!!!
