Jeff Krusee has been my insurance agent for over 15 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of him & his services. Above all else, Jeff truly cares about his clients. Because he is an independent agent, he is not bound to a particular agency (e.g., Safeco, Farmers or Travelers); and he therefore can search around for the rates that work best for a particular client's situation. He works tirelessly, responds to emails and phone calls promptly, and is diligent and ethical. On top of all that, he's a nice guy, rooted in Midwestern integrity & friendliness. It was just dumb luck that Jeff became my insurance agent after I first moved to Portland, & I feel so fortunate (and more financially sound) for it!

I prefer meeting who I work with in person, but due to my busy schedule, I worked with Jeff over the phone. Jeff is very professional, and helped me find new insurance within my budget.
