They should probably review their clients policy before they lose them for overcharging by 4x I was a client for many years until today. I always paid a year of coverage at a time for vehicle and home Insurance. But today I got a new plan with another company for 1/4 the cost. I knew loyalty means nothing In insurance but damn. Do better. I was offered a lower rate when I called to cancel. Too little too late. Harley was very kind. However Caleb was no help when I tried to get a lower rate last year. Reward. Loyal. Customers.
