My mother died 2 1/2 years ago they were told to take her name off of the insurance they did not!! They refused to change it. I also let them know that it is illegal to keep it in a dead person‘s name. I had to cancel the policy to get her name removed. These people are trifling do not get insurance with them if you don’t want serious later !!! Ps I could’ve made it a hell of a lot worse for them by Turning them in to the bureau of insurance. It’s not worth my time and it’s not worth my time dealing with people who don’t care!!

After power surges hit our house destroying all of our big appliances. Jordan A. got our claim started and help guide us through the process. We couldn't get everything replaced but were able to get one of the appliance replaced. My 5 star review is for Jordan A. because Grayson Carroll Wythe Mutual Insurance is lucky to have him part of the company.

Wish I could give ZERO STARS. Our roof is leaking due to missing shingles from wind and storms. They say a roof can be replaced for under a thousand dollars and denied our claim. After reading other reviews I am now waiting for that big cancelation letter. I wish I had not let an insurance agent write up a policy without my looking in to this company's reviews and reputation. What a waste of money they are.

Dropped me for filing a claim. They're Completely useless.I didn't even choose this insurance company,it just came standard with the house I bought. I don't know how they stay in business when they deny every claim and drop customers for daring to use the insurance they pay for. I'd give 0 stars if it were an option.

I have had numerous customers of mine having this insurance company. Every claim that is ever filed for exterior storm damage has been denied. Other colleagues in my profession have the same story. Probably one of the must dishonest companies I’ve ever seen in my 10 years In the restoration business. Also you can see from the other reviews about how the deal with claims. Definitely choose Farm B or State Farm farm of galax VA for your homeowners insurance. They actually care and take care of their homeowners.
