This company has no electronic portal to view account. They send paper copies through mail and if you set up electronic payments they send paper documents requesting you mail it in. Very antiquated system and high fraud risk. When there is no way to log in and check your account, your only way to check is to make a phone call and hope they answer.

This is a trash company. Almost impossible to reach by phone and when you do, they are no help. It is a constant hassle dealing with them. I signed up for a policy when I was young in the army. Never had to deal with them until recently. They target soldiers especially and if I knew how bad they really were, I would have never, started with them in the first place. If you are in the military and read this, don't ever sign up for a policy with them and if you have a policy cancel it and get your money back and go with someone else. There are much better insurance companies out there.

I agree with Ralph. We received a reimbursement check from them and when I put into the ATM it didn't get posted to my account. I can't get a hold of this company to find out if/when the check cleared. No phone call backs and no answer backs from the website. They must've hire only AI employees to do the job.

Amazing company and staff. I see several complaints on here from “random” individuals. Every company you can find mixed reviews on. I have policies with this company and never had an issue with communication.
