We rented from Gore-Rabell from January 2023 until July 2025. The are true professionals and made sure to take care of any problem we reported. No matter which team member was helping us it was always a pleasant interaction. Be aware: There is a small fee to pay the rent if you set up autopay. Also once we gave notice that we were not renewing the lease they put a sign up and started showing it to prospective new tenants in a few days even though our lease did not end for 3 more months. Also we had to keep the utilities on after we moved out until the lease ended. But all that is in the lease so not unexpected. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a place to live.

After renting a home from Gore-Rabell Real Estate for six years, I can confidently say we had a fantastic experience. The staff was consistently kind and a pleasure to work with. What truly impressed us was their responsiveness; every maintenance request we submitted was addressed and resolved with remarkable speed. Their service made our tenancy stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I moved in without knowing somebody died next door and weeks into i heard things running through my walls. Guess what it is? Freaking rats from my house to the next house. I had to get pest control to take care of the situation. I got my deposit form back and yet they took most of my money. 250 for a paint job which just been painted before i moved in from the person having red bed but yet it still showed through the walls and you want to charge me. 100 for clean up when i scrubbed that place down from top to bottom. As well as a yard fee that wasn't cut when I moved in or taken care background included. But yet I have pictures because my next door neighbor mowed it for me before I moved. This place is a rip off and doesn't want to fix thing until after you move out

I called to inquire about a property, May 15, 2025. I was on the phone with an employee at 12:07. This employee accused me of not being able to afford the property I was interested in, was extremely disrespectful, and cut me off multiple times. I was polite, asked relevant questions, and just wanted to inquire about a rental property. I didn’t get this woman’s name but she claimed to be a landlord after telling me she would have to check with the landlord of the property about whether or not she would allow me and my partner to apply to rent a unit. Incredibly unprofessional, ageist, and rude.

I control a local HVAC company that has had the opportunity to repair the managed rentals for Gore Rabell. Their tenant repair requests have always been transferred to us in a timely manner with an honest regard for the tenants needs. I can only surmise that the negative reviews here are either intended for a different business and mistakenly posted here, or a misunderstanding that awry. But, thats not to say that there are some people walking among us nowadays that have no parental training of how to maintain decorum in professional settings, or control of their "feelings being hurt" when called out for they're erratic behavior, or lack of common sense.
