I had a disappointing experience with this insurance carrier. When I initially inquired about coverage, I was told that my high monthly payments were due to my suspended license, with the assurance that they would decrease once I reinstated my license. However, after obtaining my license and contacting the insurance company, I was informed that my rates wouldn't change because I had already signed the agreement. It's disheartening that false information was provided to me by an employee, leading to a frustrating situation. What's even more disappointing is that when I tried to address this issue with Brisa, the owner, she claimed there was nothing she could do to change things, which shows a lack of accountability.
