This is a great company to work with. They are always willing to help make sure we have the best policy. We received a nonrenewal and they were able to walk us through the process to get that lifted. They are friendly to work with. We have all our insurance needs through them.

I have used Valentine Insurance for many many years. I have used them for home & auto insurance and they are excellent! Carl Chandler and his associates are always friendly and knowledgeable and always responds to my questions or concerns in a timely manner. I am so grateful to have a local insurance company in my community that provides excellent services and the best rates. They also do wonderful things for my community by giving back. I’ve never left a bad review but if I could give 0 stars I would. My insurance with my current insurance provider expires tomorrow so I called Golden State Insurance to get a better rate. They offered me a rate $400 cheaper than my current provider and once I cancelled my insurance and switched with them they gave me a new rate that was $300 MORE than what I was currently paying. Would never recommend this company!

Great and knowledgeable customer service, Carl goes the extra mile to make sure you get the coverage you need, and the ladies in the front office are very helpful making the corrections requested instantly and very friendly. I was welcomed into her office the minute I stepped in the door. She is very easy to talk to, helpful and I got insurance within minutes. I'm glad I got cancelled from my old insurance company or I never would have found this diamond in Manteca. The downside to her comfy office is the parking is a bit tight but luckily they weren't too busy when I stopped by.
