Our family has been with Allstate for over 30 years. When moving to the Central Valley 8 years ago, we were willing to shop around and change insurance companies. But with the knowledge and willingness to help keep our monthly payments low with Confidence Plus, we have stayed a customer. Everyone there is so helpful and understanding. It's not a dreadful experience when calling this insurance office! Thanks CPI for having our best interest!!

I have been an Allstate customer for a long time. My original rep Rose was great and attentive, and I do believe our next rep was fine as well. We were assigned to a new rep at the Lodi branch later who basically gave us incorrect information multiple times. When my daughter moved out of state to go to college, she told us we could not insure her on our policy from the state of California. Another time she asked for proof in an accusatory tone that our daughter was not living at home. That is when we started dealing with people at the Manteca office, all of whom have been good to us. But our auto insurance premiums have gone up a lot over the last few years (no accidents), and I just left Allstate for another major carrier (not the big one with no live service in the state) for the same co

I love the service with all the team/staff at Confidence Plus. They make me feel like family an important always willing ro help and ask me if I need any other info..Always have info for me and will go that extra mile and get back to me in a timely matter.
