I was in an accident 3 days ago I'm trying to report it and can't get a single answer on the phone. Apparently the customer doesn't matter enough for them to answer a phone I need a replacement car or something. For 300 a month I want some damn service. Kept on Hold for over 30 minutes,And Can't Make Policy Changes to Coverage on Their App And Close 2 pm On Saturdays called at 1:20 kept on Hold Until They Closed
Ms. Dawn was very helpful and kind. I’ve dealt with 3 agents and she was the only one who cared enough to solve the issue. Very nice lady.
Absolutely horrible customer service hold times exceed 2 hours voicemails are not returned nor are emails
The service was A1 and Ms Sheneka took the time to get me the best policy for my vehicles.
