Been with this man for over 5 years idk my card was not generating my payment I was not notified if I was it was titled funny... I pay 6 months sob1x a year on time for over 5 yrs and instead of calling a loyal customer im canceled with no chance to save my rates. I'll neve use All-State ever again.

If you don't pay for accident forgiveness you dont have it. I found this out the hard way... I felt it was unfair because I didn't know it wasn't a company perk but a bad on and noone offered it prior to my accident
