I honestly never expected this level of great service. It truly felt like a lifesaver, especially last minute when I needed everything handled quickly. Lilly was very kind and patient throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond in breaking everything down clearly so I could understand all my coverage options. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me choose the best fit for my situation. On top of that, she has such a great personality and is very easy to talk to. I was calling around cause I had to renew my auto & home insurance. Everybody's rates were increasing, finally Marie from Globel Insurance Services called me and was the ONLY ONE that could save me money renewing my policies. I ended up saving almost $500 for the year. That was great, compared to all others increasing. Marie was a big help in doing this. She would call whenever I needed her to. During the day or late at night. She made sure everything was going right by communicating so good. She stayed on top of everything, I couldn't of ask for better communication if I wanted. Sheyna was extremely helpful. I am not s techie and she guided me through nthe process. She helped me find a new auto insurance policy that saved me almost $100 over the policy I had and the former company had terrible customer service
