Called numerous times talked to numerous people to simply get important information corrected about the location of risk on my policy . The address listed for coverage is wrong. I've been trying to correct this since May. 2021. I would actually rate their customer service as a minus zero. 00000000.

I’m from Lynn actually this insurance is a scam u will end up in jail messing with these ppl they don’t even tell u when ur quote has to be renew my wife got stated after we paid the insurance for a year and they took the insurance off with notice would not recommend they do not care

Worst customer service in the business. I don't know why the government hasn't stepped in an reviewed their services and and highly suspicious relationships with insurance companies.
