Poor customer service. Wouldn’t return phone calls. I asked him to follow up on pertinent details every month and didn’t get a call back until I stopped in and spoke with receptionist. She had no idea how to handle. She said she’d leave a message at how upset I was. He blamed problems with my policy premium amount on the home office and told me it was my responsibility. In addition, I was supposed to get a senior discount based on low mileage. They sent me a device that would track my mileage. I provided Glenn with my initial mileage and thought I was all set. Then I received a notice via text indicating they were taking the discount away. No explanation. I have been with state farms for most of my life, and before me my mom and dad. He has taken care of my family's needs with the utmost care. Insurance rates are the most reasonable. He will take care of you to the best of his ability. I highly reccommend.
