Rachel was very helpful. She listened to our needs for our homeowners insurance policy, which was pretty specific because of the type of rural property we have. I was surprised that she was able to find us a company who is willing to insure us and at such a great rate as well! She even helped us try to figure out whether bundling auto would be worth it. I especially appreciate that even though it took us several weeks to get back to her due to a few family emergencies, that she was more than happy to pick right up with us and had all of our information at the ready. I absolutely recommend this BTJ to anyone looking to work with a great agency & I especially recommend Rachel for her wonderful attitude, attentiveness, flexibility, and prompt communication.
