Took my money for 30 years. Lapsed, had a fire (neighbors caused, they had Erie, claim denied), now can't get it back now that I've rebuilt. Not able to get insurance because my roof was considered too old. Gave me $800 a month business insurance when rebuilding. They're there to take your money, not so much when you need them. Erie is known for being a PITA to deal with.

After many tries to call, the lady that picked up literally did not want to talk to me. I had a few questions about my policy and coverage and I was blown off. She was rude and just sent me to a 1-800 number.
